E-skills and income inequality within European regions

چکیده
This paper investigates the relationship between digital skills of workforce and income inequalities within regions. By combining three databases – EU-LFS, EU-SILC ESCO analysis studies relationships for an unbalanced panel 103 European regions period 2003–13. The results show that varies substantially across groups and, in particular, digitalisation exacerbates among less affluent whereas it mitigates them those with higher levels.
